Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted
How to Return Your Order

- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return form and instructions
- Securely package your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Send us your return tracking number once dispatched
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover all return costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@paybla.store. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
